Here you are empowered to achieve optimal wellness by building resilience through both nutrition and movement. Programs are custom to your specific needs and goals. Whether you want to build muscle and/or endurance, loose weight, strengthen, tone, gain flexibility and mobility, or are looking for sport specific conditioning...LAT can help!
Sandi is a free-spirited, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, and FRC Mobility specialist who cares and is dedicated solely to seeing you succeed. She offers you a push, when you need a push, holds you accountable while offering strength and encouragement along the way.
A FREE consultation is included with private packages to ensure Sandi is a good fit for you, and you for her. Fitness assessments are available upon request for an additional fee of $15.
A 24 hr cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
PRIVATE TRAINING, Mobility OR YOGA (approximately 45 mins)
Single Session $65+HST (pay as you come, no weekly commitment)
Package #1 $345+HST includes 6 private training sessions with a 1 x weekly commitment.
Package #2 $645+HST includes 12 private training sessions with a 1 x weekly commitment.
*Please Note: If you wish to continue and maintain your set appointment day/time after current package ends, new package fee is due on the day of your last paid session.
Home Training Program with exercise videos $150
At LAT Fit and Well we understand that "Life" happens and you may need to reschedule from time to time, no problem, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you commit to a package but are not able to come on a given week, you have the opportunity to make-up that session(s) within the package time frame at a day/time suitable for both you and the trainer.
