CLEAN THE TANK - 12 WEEK PROGRAM
So what will your coaching journey look like if you decide to work with me? I've broken it down step by step so you now exactly what to expect during our time together.
The Assessment - $150 (separate fee)
The first step is going to be about getting to know your body better, inside and out. You don't come with a USB, so I've designed an intake form to help me narrow down the guesswork. This helps me eliminate what I should or shouldn't do with you. Please complete and return before our chat. What’s your story? In order for me to truly help you heal yourself, its important that I know your story. We will have an in depth chat to help us both discover the root cause of your health issues. The root cause can stem from more then just your physicality. We will take a journey into your past, revisit old emotional wounds and life experiences that could be affecting your current health status. My goal as your coach is to help you heal emotionally, mentally, and physically, so that you can live a life that is truly nourishing to your soul.

This is Part One of your internal audit and will help me assess the following:
Lifestyle habits
Sleep hygiene
Hydration
Nutrition and Primal Pattern Diet Type
Digestion Health
Detoxification
Personality
Brain chemical deficiencies
You will receive a PDF on 'How to Take Photos". Please read it carefully and take the appropriate photos. I know taking and sharing photos can be a very vulnerable and uncomfortable experience. Rest assured, all photos are kept strictly confidential and there will be absolutely NO JUDGEMENT. Thank you for putting your trust in me!
There will be a return date provided and it's appreciated that the photos (email) are sent back in a timely manner.
We will be doing some important testing week #1 and you will need to acquire the following items:
1) Digital tongue thermometer. We will be using this to test your metabolism. They are fairly inexpensive and can be found online or at most drug stores.
2) Zinc Tally. Will be used for an oral Zinc test and will tell me if you are deficient.
3) 2.5% Iodine. This will be used to test for iodine deficiency and tell how well your thyroid is functioning. It's important to have the above items prior to week 2, to ensure there are no setbacks in your wellness journey.
WEEK 1:
This is Part Two of your internal audit.
This week you will be doing some testing. We are going to take a look at your metabolism, check on your thyroid and see if you are zinc deficient.
The audits this week are simple and effective. I promise they won't take up too much of your valuable time, I know life can get busy!
WEEK 2:
This week will be your Movement and Sleep audits.
I will be assessing your mobility and taking you through some primal movements in person or over ZOOM. Logging times that you are up during the night will help us determine what systems need some work
Once this is complete, I will now have a good amount of information I need to start building a custom coaching plan, that is specifically tailored to your needs and goals.
What's next? The "RESET" phase. (8 weeks) I can't wait to take the next part of this journey with you!
Now that you have completed week 1&2, we have a better understanding of your habits, how your body is functioning and what areas we need to focus on. The next 6 weeks we are going to reset your body, lay the foundation and plug any leaks that could be holding you back from reaching your goals. This is where we start priming your body for fat loss!
I'm looking forward to introducing you to the fundamentals of sleep, nutrition, movement and supplementation. .
The next part of your journey may not always be easy and I want you to know, I was once in your shoes. I am completely empathic to some of the challenges that you may face and super pumped for all the wins that you will experience too!
You will be receiving your first custom nutrition, supplementation and training plans. I know at first glance, you may feel a little overwhelmed (I felt that way too), but please know that I am not expecting perfection or for you to master this overnight. In my own experience, that would be incredibly unrealistic! I just ask that you put your best foot forward each week and do your best to maintain a positive attitude and I promise, you will succeed.
Each week there will be a theme or area that we are going to be focusing on and one challenge per week will be given. You are going to get some incredible tricks and tools to start building the foundation of health and wellness goals!
WHAT WILL I NEED FROM YOU?
1) Food Tracking: I appreciate it if you can log your food and send me a copy each week prior to your check-in.
2) Progress Photos: At a time convenient for you, I ask that you please upload your progress photos every Sunday. Your photos are super important as they help me monitor your progress and it also allows you to see how your body is transforming. When you can visually see the changes, it will encourage and empower you to keep going!
3) Weight and Measurements: Please input your weight and measurements into the measurement tracker every Sunday and send with your photos. I can't wait for you to see those numbers drop!
4) Supplements: Addressing your nutrient deficiencies and supplementation will play a crucial role in your healing process. Supplement recommendations will be included with your nutrition plan. (Cost of supplements is not included in your plan)

We will check-in 1x a week at a day/time that works for you over in person or over Zoom. During our call(s) we will go over your check-in form, discuss your progress, pics etc, theme and challenge for the week.
By the end of this six weeks, you will have a great understanding of basic health principles and how effective they are in increasing your energy levels, improving your sleep, and priming your body for fat loss. You may be noticing some incredible changes already!
What's next? The Rebuild phase (2 weeks)
Now that your body has been reset, it's time to "clean the tank" so to speak. When a fish tank gets dirty, you don't continue to add more of the same, you replace both the water and filter so the system runs efficiently and the fish stay healthy. Make sense?
During these 2 weeks we focus on cleaning up your liver. You are going to learn some cool facts and how important your liver is to your overall health. You see, it's not just about how well you digest your food, it's a combination of digestion, absorption, impact on blood sugar, elimination of food as well as effective detoxification. Once we clean up your blood and eliminate any parasites that have been feeding on residual toxins and heavy metals and liver is restored, your results will improve and the magic really starts to unfold.

Now that you have completed these 2 weeks, you have a better understanding of your own liver heath. If you have taken all the steps during the reset and rebuild phases, your digestion should be working well, you should be detoxifying better and are now primed for optimal detoxification and fat loss!
